Jessica is the founding broker of The Virgin Islands Property Group, LLC and the founding attorney of the law firm Tully Law, PLLC. She is also a licensed title agent and notary and has been a real estate professional since 2008.

About Jessica
Experience
As both a transactional attorney and real estate broker, Jessica has worked on countless deals and has represented thousands of buyers and sellers since she began her career in real estate. She is certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and a Resort & Second-Home Specialist by the National Association of Realtors.
Expertise
Throughout her career, Jessica has authored a variety of articles published in various law reviews, bar journals, and trade and industry journals and has taught continuing legal education courses to attorneys and real estate agents on a variety of subjects.
Education
Jessica earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2005. In 2003, she studied in Luxembourg and was awarded the coveted Rebecca Andrew and Christopher Eggerton Memorial Scholarship – awarded to one male and one female student each year – for demonstrating “excellent academics, citizenship, attitude, and desire to live life to its fullest” while studying abroad.
She earned a J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2008, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Duquesne Law Review.
