The Virgin Islands Property Group, LLC is looking for experienced sales agents on St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix to join our team.  Agents must conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism at all times and must share the VIP Vision.  We have a strict "no jerks" policy.

Agent Benefits

• All leads go to agents. The broker does not personally engage in real estate sales.  This means that all leads go to the agents, regardless of sales price or price range.

• Generous commission splits.  Commission splits are negotiable and based on real estate sales experience and likelihood of success.  Splits for veteran agents start at 70/30 and can go as high as 90/10.  The sky is the limit.

• No fees or office time. There are no desk fees, no required floor time, no monthly sales quotas, no application fee, no sign up fee, and no minimum required listing commission percentage. 

• Work anywhere.  You can work from home or at our office.  Where you work is your decision.

• Network of agents across the USVI.  The founding broker has been granted authority to remotely supervise agents.  This means that we are licensed to hire agents located anywhere in the USVI.  We currently have licensed agents on St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas. 

• Expertise on demand.  The broker is also experienced real estate attorney in the USVI.  Questions on a contract?  No problem.

• Branding.  All agents will receive a VIP e-mail address and a full license for 1 year for the Microsoft Office Suite.  Your first 100 business cards are provided by the brokerage.  

• Marketing.  Our office has an in-house drone, drone operator, and a professional photographer.  We use the latest in technology to assist our clients with selling their homes.

Agent Requirements

• Experience.  We are only hiring experienced agents at this time.  The applicant's experience does not need to be in the USVI.

• NAR Membership.  All agents must be members of the National Association of Realtors.

• DotLoop.  All agents must enter their transactions into DotLoop using a DotLoop account.  DotLoop training will be provided.

• VITAR Forms.  All agents are required to use the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of Realtors forms.

• Contracts.  All agents must get their proposed contracts reviewed and approved by the broker before sending them to clients.
